Both. Office, commercial-premises and VvE cleaning are usually monthly contracts with a fixed frequency. For one-off work — a deep clean, end-of-tenancy clean or major clean — you request a single quote just as easily; choose 'Deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy cleaning' in the request.

A work programme records per area what happens and how often: workstations, sanitary rooms, pantry, floors, waste and entrance. Good quotes include that programme in writing, plus arrangements for checks and communication. That way you compare providers on substance instead of price alone.
